School Support Paraprofessional - Transportation Monitor
4 hrs./day (2 hours in AM, 2 hours in PM) 180 days plus contracted holidays Base pay rate: $ 15.79
Position Title:
Transportation Monitor
Organizational:
Reports to:
Transportation Supervisor and/or designee
Qualifications:
- Possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Prior experience working with children preferred.
- Ability to do basic monetary mathematical calculations.
- Such additional qualifications as the Board may deem appropriate and necessary under law.
Job Goal:
Supervise and provide for the needs of students.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Ability to use school software and technology to process and account for a food sale.
- Ability to adhere to guidelines of the National School Lunch Program (NSLP)
- Maintain student conduct, building policies, and procedures as outlined in the student handbook.
- Maintain cleanliness of supervised areas.
- Perform clerical duties as assigned.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Building Principal and/or designee.
