Warehouse Associate

At Endries, the Warehouse Associate’s primary goal is to get our shipments accurately counted and out the door to our customers on time. The team is growing and we are looking for individuals who would love to help us improve our processes so that we can serve our customers efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, package, and ship orders.
• Use basic math skills and data entry.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs, when needed.
• Assist with forklift training (training provided).
• Help identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Strong attendance record.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Age 18 or over.

Compensation:

• Starting wage $16.00 per hour.
• Skill block program with opportunity to earn up to $1.25 more per hour as skills are learned.
• Productivity bonus paid out every pay period.
