Covering sites across the UK.

We are a well-established contractor, 70+ years old, growing rapidly and looking to expand our friendly site team. The role involves managing on‑site operations for roofing projects primarily within the logistics sector, with average project budgets of £1m‑£3m. You will oversee a tight‑knit team and be the first point of call for any issues, liaising closely with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

• Play a key role in Industrial Roofing and Cladding projects.
• Oversee site teams and manage day‑to‑day operations.
• Ensure compliance with H&S and uphold quality standards.
• Regularly travel to sites across the UK, primarily regional travel.
• Liaise with PMs, clients, and suppliers.

• Site Manager with Industrial Roofing / Cladding background.
• Full driving licence and willingness to undertake regular travel.
