• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1 or demonstrate a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum.

• Have high expectations for pupil achievement, behaviour, and wellbeing.
• Be committed to inclusive practice and meeting the needs of all learners.
• Work effectively as part of a collaborative team and contribute to the wider life of the school.
