Nuclear Safety Engineer

• On a typical day you may produce a hazards assessment or author a complex safety case, justifying and supporting critical decision‑making in the design, operation, and/or decommissioning of nuclear facilities.
• You may influence the client’s strategic direction to support obtaining a nuclear site licence for innovative designs, network to develop the business pipeline within your capability, or deliver a technical presentation to the regulator.
• You will work with diverse clients from defence, nuclear generation and new build, including fusion and SMR markets.
• You will support the technical delivery of projects, address technically complex problems, and present solutions to different stakeholders.
• You will contribute to the wider technical community, mentor junior engineers, and develop your leadership skills.

We have offices in Bristol, Manchester, Epsom, Derby, Sheffield and Glasgow – you can choose where the role will be based.
