Rehab Registered Nurse (RN) – North Alabama Shoals Hospital

Full‑time position (7am–7pm) based in Florence, Alabama. Up to $7,500 sign‑on bonus available.

Florence, Alabama is situated in Northwestern Alabama, where the Tennessee River flows through the scenic Shoals. On your days off spend some time fishing and boating on Wilson Lake, or explore the historic sites, Key Cave National Wildlife Refuge, and Wheeler Lake.

• Perform plan‑of‑care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Document patient care, and monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and spiritual/psychosocial support.
• Evaluate patient and/or family learning needs and provide appropriate education based on age, culture, condition, and circumstance.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.
• Provide basic leadership to subordinate staff on the unit.

• Current state RN license.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
