The Opportunity

They’re hiring a Sales Executive to join their growth team at a pivotal scale‑up stage.

This is a genuine career‑maker role with a clear SDR → AE progression path. You’ll start with structured training, close support from an experienced Head of Growth, and evolve into full‑cycle deal closure.

You won’t be thrown into complex enterprise deals alone from day one—but you’ll get exposure, coaching, and responsibility to grow quickly into that space.

What You’ll Do
  • Start:
    Targeted outbound activity, qualifying inbound enquiries, running discovery calls
  • Build:
    Deliver confident product demos, manage pipeline in Hub Spot
  • Progress:
    Close commercial deals with senior support, collaborate on strategic opportunities
  • Develop:
    Gain exposure to enterprise sales as you advance
What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year in a B2B commercial role (sales, recruitment, partnerships, events, SaaS)
  • Comfortable speaking with clients, asking structured questions
  • Strong communication and active listening
  • Commercial curiosity—wanting to understand real business problems
  • Proactive, self‑starting pipeline generation
  • Organised, disciplined on follow‑ups
  • Thrive in fast‑moving, scaling environments
  • Interest in performance, psychology, leadership, or behaviour change
