Teacher Active works closely with a range of friendly, welcoming nurseries across Sheffield (including S9, S2, S1, S10 and nearby areas). We’re looking for caring, reliable and enthusiastic Nursery Nurses who enjoy helping little ones learn, play and grow.

Who We’re Looking For

We’d love to speak with Level 3 Early Years Practitioners who are:

Able to create a warm, safe and encouraging environment

Familiar with the EYFS framework and how it supports children’s development

Drivers are always helpful, but it’s not essential

You must hold a Level 3 childcare qualification and have recent experience working with children aged 0–5 in a nursery or early years role for your application to be considered.

What Your Day Might Look Like

Supporting children’s play and learning

Helping create a safe and fun space for little ones to explore

Observing children’s progress and sharing this with the team

Assisting with feeding, toileting and personal care when needed

Working closely with staff to maintain a positive, caring environment
