About the role Are you passionate about children's learning? Do you strive to make a difference to children's lives? If so, this may be the role for you! We are hoping to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Early Years Practitioner to join our Nursery team in September 2026. We can offer wonderful children and a very supportive team. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Early Years Childcare Qualification, a good sense of humour, an excellent work ethic and a flexible approach.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a Nursery School and Pre-school that has been judged outstanding by Ofsted. Arlesdene is committed to developing the knowledge and skills of all their staff through coaching and professional development. You will be working 34 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm plus 1.5 hours meeting time a week on a Tuesday.

The post is a permanent position working 39 weeks a year (term time plus Inset Days ).
