Keys is hiring casual Children's Residential Support Workers for a new family home in Southampton and Woolston. You will care for children with complex needs, providing emotional and practical support, and helping them grow and achieve.
The role offers a Real Living Wage as a minimum, induction and introductory programme, fully funded training, enhanced pay scales, DBS paid for, 28 days annual leave, and a £500 referral bonus. Sleep-in rate £62.64 on top of £14.45 per hour.
