We’re looking for an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to lead day-to-day catering and event operations at the CCD. You’ll be responsible for delivering seamless events, exceptional guest experiences and strong commercial performance, while leading and inspiring large hospitality teams.

• Lead daily operations across hospitality, retail and conference & events
• Act as the key operational contact for CCD stakeholders
• Ensure events are delivered to the highest standards, from setup to close
• Drive financial performance, labour control and cost management
• Champion guest experience, service quality, and continuous improvement
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety and food safety standards
• Recruit, develop and motivate high-performing hospitality teams
• Support innovation, growth and new business opportunities

• Senior hospitality or events management experience in a high-volume venue
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L responsibility
• Proven people leader with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Guest-focused, resilient and confident in fast-paced environments
• Strong knowledge of H&S and food safety compliance
