This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wales (S26 Sheffield) for a Lead Housekeeper at Gulliver's Theme Park Resorts. The Lead Housekeeper will assist in overseeing housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained across the park’s accommodations and facilities. Key responsibilities include supervising housekeeping staff, managing laundry services, performing routine cleaning tasks, organizing work schedules, and conducting staff training.

Additionally, the role involves ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining organized housekeeping operations to provide a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.

• Experience with Laundry and maintaining high cleaning standards
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Exceptional Organization Skills to manage tasks and scheduling
• Ability to provide Training and leadership to the housekeeping team
• Attention to detail, time management, and dedication to delivering excellent guest experiences
• Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with hospitality or hotel environments is essential
