Sodexo is seeking an experienced Casual Hospitality Manager to support food-led operations during matchdays and major events at a football stadium in Brighton and Hove. This role focuses on kitchen expediting and service flow during live events.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hospitality management, strong knowledge of kitchen operations, and the ability to lead calmly under pressure. The position requires availability for all matchdays throughout the season.
