Meeting & Events Sales Executive Join Our Team

We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Meeting & Events Sales Executive to help create exceptional experiences for our clients and guests.

This is a key role responsible for managing meeting and event enquiries, building strong client relationships and supporting the successful conversion and coordination of business opportunities.

• Manage meeting and event enquiries from initial enquiry through to confirmation

• Build positive relationships with clients, guests and internal stakeholders

• Prepare proposals, contracts and event documentation accurately and efficiently

• Conduct client show rounds and support sales activity where required

• Coordinate event requirements and communicate details effectively with operational teams

• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries, maximising conversion opportunities

• Maintain accurate records and booking information within hotel systems

• Support the achievement of meeting and events revenue targets

• Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as required

• Help ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the booking journey

• Previous experience in sales, events, reservations, administration or hospitality is desirable

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and hotel systems

• Positive, professional and commercially minded approach

• Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused attitude
