Village Hotels is opening a brand-new Village Hotel Sheffield and seeks an energetic, hands-on Assistant Host Manager to be the operational heartbeat of our front-of-house from day one. You will not inherit old systems; you will build the front desk culture with the Host Manager, serve as Duty Manager, and own the lobby to ensure warm, seamless service from first contact to checkout.
Starting January, you will onboard and train the brand-new Host Team, get hands-on with our tech, and lead daily
