CBRE Local UK is seeking an Asbestos Risk Specialist to support the management of asbestos-containing materials across CBRE accounts. You will perform visual re-inspections, update management plans and ensure regulatory compliance on site, liaising with clients and stakeholders.
This role requires BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 or equivalent, strong attention to detail, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work independently under pressure while maintaining high safety standards.
