Junior Fire and Security Engineer

Overview

📍 Doncaster & surrounding areas 🕒 Full-time, permanent We’re looking for a Junior Fire & Security Installer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build a proper career in the fire and security industry — learning from experienced engineers and working on real installations, not just carrying tools.

• Working alongside senior engineers, you’ll assist with the installation and maintenance of:
• 🔥 Fire alarm systems
• 💡 Emergency lighting
• 📹 CCTV systems
• 🚨 Intruder alarms
• 🚪 Access control & door entry systems
• 🏡 Electrical side of automated gates
• 🔧 Basic fault finding, testing & commissioning
• 📋 Learning correct standards, paperwork and site etiquette
• You’ll be trained properly, with the expectation that your responsibilities grow as your skills do.

• A genuine interest in fire & security systems
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working on sites and in occupied buildings
• Full UK driving licence (or working towards)
• Good attitude — we can teach skills, not effort
