JOB TITLE:
Commercial Heating Electrician / BMS / Controls Engineer
SALARY: £40 - £55k dependent on experience, van/fuel card + overtime, no on call, 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
LOCATION:
Oxford and surrounding
- Working on a mobile basis you would be responsible for carrying out service, and preventative planned maintenance according to schedules on a wide range of electrical systems that are related to commercial boilers and mechanical/heating systems, including plant rooms, bms and so on
- As a Commercial Heating Electrician / BMS / Controls Engineer you would carry out diagnostics and repair on electrical systems that are directly connected to mechanical/heating/gas systems systems .
- Covering in and around Oxfordshire and surrounding area you would be responsible for delivering an excellent customer service to high end residentials apartment blocks (landlord side only), offices, luxury care homes and other sites of a commercial nature.
- Overtime is available and plentiful.
- Van provided along with tools - can be used for personal use
- On call 1 week in 9 with standby allowance and overtime rates paid door to door
