This is a full-time, on-site role for Civil Operatives based in Cornwall. The role involves carrying out groundworks for various projects, laying ducts for fibre-to-the-premises installations, daily tasks will include ensuring project sites are prepared for operations, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and maintaining accurate project documentation. The role requires collaboration with team members and other project stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

• Experience in groundworks, ducting installation.
• Knowledge of heavy machinery operation and site safety procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans
• have open reach accreditations or willingness to to gain these skills and accreditations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with diverse team members and stakeholders
• A CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card or equivalent certification is preferred
• Experience or willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Full clean UK driving license is a plus
