Are you ready to take the next step in your plant engineering career? We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Mobile Plant Fitter / Mobile Heavy Plant Mechanic to join a growing engineering team, working on a fleet of diesel-powered machinery.
This position offers full training on specialist equipment, starting in the depot before progressing to site work when comfortable — ideal for anyone who wants a long-term career path and higher earning potential.
Mobile Plant Fitter responsibilities- Routine maintenance, repairs, fault finding and inspections
- Working on a range of heavy plant equipment (excavators, dumpers, cranes, telehandlers etc.)
- Hydraulic and diesel diagnostics
- Preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and maximise reliability
- Working independently and as part of a team to resolve technical issues
- Competitive salary + overtime

- Company van for site work
- A qualification in Plant Maintenance (NVQ / City & Guilds)
