We are looking for an Electrician to join a local housing association and contribute to maintaining and improving tenanted and void properties.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine fault diagnosis and repairs in domestic properties, focusing on lighting circuits and other electrical systems.
• Servicing and installing electric heating systems, extractor fans, and similar appliances.
• Installation of electric showers, shower pumps, and replacement of hot water cylinder immersion elements as required.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Basic Criminal Record Check (Disclosure and Barring Service)
• Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:2018
• Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations (2365)
• Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installations (2357)
• Part P Certification (desirable)
