Labourer, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Construction Labor ​/ Trades

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will assist with various on-site tasks, supporting skilled trades and ensuring the smooth progress of projects. • Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials using hand tools and power tools
• Supporting tradespeople such as roofers, plumbers, electricians, masons, and carpenters in their tasks
• Preparing sites by clearing debris, organising materials, and setting up safety barriers
• Assisting with the installation of roofing, plastering, masonry, or other specialised tasks as directed
• Handling basic fabrication work and assisting with the use of schematics for construction layouts
• Operating hand tools and power tools safely under supervision
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
• Supporting general site labouring duties including site clearance, moving materials, and assisting with site logistics

• Previous experience in construction or related trades such as roofing, plumbing, welding, electrical work, or masonry is advantageous but not essential
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Awareness of health and safety procedures on construction sites
• Physical fitness to perform manual labour over extended periods
• CSCS card is required or willingness to obtain one prior to commencing work
