Floor Layer / Multi Skilled

Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire

Salary: Starting Amount £33,053, On-Call £1,950 per annum + Overtime available after 37.5 hours Monday to Friday (1.5X)

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are recruiting for an experienced Floor Layer to join a growing commercial flooring team covering South Yorkshire and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have proven experience installing a range of floor coverings, with particular expertise in vinyl, safety flooring and Altro products
. The role involves working across commercial (mainly hospitality settings) delivering high-quality flooring installations and repairs.

Key Duties:

Installation of vinyl and Altro safety flooring
Cap & cove fitting
Hot weld and cold weld flooring
Floor preparation and latex screeding
Reactive repairs and planned installation works

Requirements:

Proven experience fitting vinyl and Altro flooring
Experience with cap & cove and hot welding
CSCS Card preferred
Full UK Driving Licence
Ability to work independently and maintain high standards
