We are currently recruiting for an experienced 360 Grab Driver / Mobile Plant Operator to join a busy waste and recycling facility in Sheffield.

This is a hands‑on role where you will be responsible for operating a 360 grab excavator safely and efficiently, supporting the movement and loading of waste and recyclable materials across the site. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator looking for stable, ongoing work with the potential for a permanent position.

• Safely operate a 360 grab excavator.
• Load trailers and move materials efficiently around the site.
• Carry out daily pre‑start inspections and machine checks.
• Report any defects or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Work in accordance with all health and safety procedures.
• Support general site operations and assist with other duties as required.

• Valid, in‑date 360 Grab Excavator qualification.
• Previous experience operating 360 grab excavators or other mobile plant machinery.
• Experience loading trailers safely and efficiently.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• A proactive approach with a strong work ethic.

• £14.50 per hour.
