Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE)
Call Out: 1 in 4 rota

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a growing mobile maintenance team covering student accommodation and residential apartment buildings across Sheffield.

As a Maintenance Electrician
, you'll carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and fault finding, ensuring electrical systems remain safe, compliant and operating efficiently. You'll be working in occupied residential environments, so a professional approach and excellent customer service are essential.

• Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
• Fault finding and diagnosis of electrical faults
• Repairs to lighting, power and distribution systems
• Testing, inspection and minor remedial works
• Carrying out small electrical installation works
• Completing job reports and maintenance documentation
• Liaising professionally with site teams, residents and management
• Taking part in a 1 in 4 call out rota

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Electrician or in a commercial maintenance role
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Able to work independently across multiple sites
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Professional, reliable and customer-focused

• Inspection & Testing (2391 or equivalent)
• Facilities Management or Building Services maintenance experience

• £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary
