Overview
Job Title:
Painter
At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. Our client is looking for an experienced Painter for a role in Sheffield. Experience in social housing maintenance is desired but not essential.
Responsibilities- Renovating rooms
- Bringing properties up to the required level for sign off
- Painting and decorating
- Full UK driving license
- Proven experience in the maintenance sector
- Be able to provide at least two working references
- Hold a CSCS card and NVQ
