Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Handyperson looking for a temporary role in Sheffield? We are currently recruiting for a reliable and proactive Maintenance Person to cover 2 days on 27th and 30th July for holiday cover for our client, a leading provider of Build to Rent accommodation.

This is a great opportunity to work in a busy and diverse environment, delivering a wide range of maintenance tasks in a Build to Rent accommodation setting. If you have strong hands‑on experience and are available to start immediately, we want to hear from you!

• Plumbing Tasks
  :
  Basic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Electrical Work
  :
  Minor electrical tasks (not essential).
• Waste Management
  :
  Handling waste and bin maintenance.
• Grounds Maintenance
  :
  Ensuring the exterior areas are well‑maintained.
• Room Repairs
  :
  General repairs within student rooms.
• Painting & Decorating
  :
  Basic painting and decorating work.
• Silicone Work
  :
  Sealing and silicone application.
• General Repairs
  :
  Various general property repairs and upkeep tasks.

• Proven Experience
  :
  Ideally in student accommodation, property management, Build to Rent, or hospitality maintenance.
• Multi‑Skilled
  :
  Hands‑on and capable of handling a range of maintenance tasks.
• Independent Worker
  :
  Able to manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Available for Immediate Start
  :
  Must be available to begin on 3rd November
  .
• DBS Check
  :
  Preferred, but not essential.
