£28,000 - £30,000 (OTE 38k) + Progression + Expert Training + Van + Fuel Card + Healthcare + Unlimited Overtime

We are looking for a maintenance engineer from the water industry to serve as a mobile field service engineer across a Yorkshire patch. The role includes routine inspection and maintenance of water treatment plants, screens, and other specialist water treatment equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Service water treatment equipment across a Yorkshire region.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of plant screens and other specialist equipment.
• Travel within the regional patch, working Monday to Thursday 8am‑4:30pm and Friday 8am‑3pm.
• Operate a van supplied by the company, with fuel card.
• Collaborate with team members and report on equipment status.
• Receive ongoing training and guidance, with opportunities for progression.

Requirements:

• Experience as a maintenance or field service engineer in the water industry.
• Familiarity with water treatment equipment, screening systems, and related systems.
• Good mechanical and electrical knowledge for troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel independently across Yorkshire.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
