Rate: £30.00 – £35.00 per hour (CIS/ LIMITED CO/ PAYE GROSS)

Location: South Yorkshire / NE Lincs / Sheffield / Rotherham / Doncaster / Scunthorpe

Duration: On-going - 12hr shifts Days or Nights - Start ASAP

Heavy engineering fitting and installation on busy industrial customer sites in South Yorkshire & NE Lincs, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.

• Mechanical fitting of large assemblies and pipework
• Reading complex engineering drawings
• Working with roller bearings, couplings, pipework, jacketing sleeves, etc.
• Inspect work to ensure specifications are met
• Prep tools and equipment as required
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Inspect tools and equipment before use and report defects or safety concerns
• Follow all site health and safety procedures, including correct use of PPE and safe working practices
• Support other site activities as directed by supervisor

• NVQ L3 in Fitting or similar mechanical engineering
• CSCS card
• Previous experience in heavy engineering construction or industrial site installation preferred
• Good attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to work in a demanding site environment
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team

• Site-based industrial environment
• May involve manual handling, dust, noise, sparks
• Working at pace to meet installation deadlines
• PPE required at all times
