* The Role
* As an HGV Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers' fleets remain safe, compliant, and operational.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Carrying out routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on HGVs

* Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults

* Performing inspections in line with DVSA and manufacturer standards

* Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues efficiently

* Repairing, assembling, and replacing vehicle components

* Welding and fabrication work when required

* Completing job cards and maintenance records accurately

* Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and workmanship

* Delivering excellent customer service and technical support

* What We're Looking For
* We're keen to hear from candidates who have:

* Previous experience as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, Commercial Vehicle Technician, or similar role

* Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills

* Experience using modern workshop tools and diagnostic equipment

* Welding and fabrication experience (desirable)

* A proactive, problem-solving approach

* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

* The ability to work independently and as part of a professional team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £52,500.00-£55,000.00 per year

Experience:

* HGV: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

* NVQ Level 3 HGV (preferred)
