Andy File Associates Limited, working on behalf of our client, seeks a Mobile Building Maintenance / Fabric Engineer to cover a mobile role across the North East and wider UK. The package includes a company vehicle and paid travel time, with standby allowance and enhanced overtime rates.
You will perform planned, reactive and remedial maintenance across building fabric, joinery, plumbing and general maintenance tasks on multiple sites, with travel between locations and on-call requirements.
