Join our team as a Joiner, responsible for a wide range of carpentry and building fabric repairs within occupied and void housing stock. This role focuses on keeping properties safe, secure, functional, and compliant with housing standards.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Door Repairs and Replacements: Repair or replace internal and external doors, adjust doors, and install or repair fire doors and associated ironmongery.
• Window Maintenance: Repair timber window frames and sills, replace damaged glazing beads, and ease and adjust opening windows.
• Kitchen Repairs: Fit and repair kitchen units, cupboards, worktops, and plinths, and carry out minor adaptations to existing kitchens.
• Flooring and Stairs: Repair loose or damaged floorboards, replace sections of timber flooring, and repair stairs and related components.
• Roofing and External Timber Repairs: Conduct minor roof timber repairs and replace external timber features like fencing and gates.
