Role Overview
This entry-level role is designed for individuals who are keen to learn about modern electrical systems, computer networking, Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, and smart automation solutions.
Working alongside experienced engineers and technicians, you will gain exposure to a variety of technologies used in today's connected environments, including smart devices, wireless networks, sensors, automation systems, and energy-efficient technologies.
Full training and support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for both technology and engineering.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the installation and maintenance of electrical and smart technology systems.
* Support the setup and configuration of connected devices and IoT equipment.
* Learn how to install and troubleshoot computer and wireless networks.
* Assist with smart home and smart building technology projects.
* Support engineers with testing and commissioning activities.
* Help diagnose faults within electrical and connected technology systems.
* Assist in maintaining technical documentation and project records.
* Learn safe working practices and industry standards.
* Support customer demonstrations and handovers where required.
