• Minimum Level 2: You must hold a full and relevant Level 2 in Childcare as a mandatory requirement. Applications without this qualification will not be considered.

• Level 3 Preferred: A Level 3 qualification in Childcare is the ideal standard for this role and is highly preferred.

• A genuine passion for early years education and child development.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

• A proactive, "can-do" attitude to support this expanding setting.

• Deliver high-quality childcare and education in a safe and stimulating environment.

• Support the planning and implementation of engaging activities in line with the EYFS.

• Act as a key person for a small group of children, monitoring their development and well-being.

• Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers.

• Ensure all safeguarding and health and safety policies are strictly followed.
