• 1) Two years of college credit, an Associates degree or passage of a State approved test required. Michigan teaching certificate preferred.
• 2) Ability to assist the classroom instructor with the development and presentation of learning materials and instructional exercises.
• 3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 4) Ability to communicate and work with individual classroom instructors.
• 5) Experience working with students.
• 6) Ability to assist academically at-risk students in a classroom setting and in an individual tutoring.
