Program Manager

A well-established Tier 1 automotive supplier is seeking a Program Manager to support both prototype stamping programs and OEM production programs
. This role offers flexibility to align program ownership based on experience, with the potential to support prototype work, production work, or a combination of both.

• Manage assigned automotive programs from award through launch and ongoing production
• Serve as the primary customer contact for OEM programs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, quality, and tooling
• Own program timing, deliverables, cost tracking, and customer communication
• Support prototype stamping programs during early development and low-volume builds
• Support production programs with a focus on continuity, issue resolution, and customer requirements
• Manage engineering changes, open issues, and program documentation

• Program Manager or Project Manager experience in automotive manufacturing
• Experience supporting prototype development and or production programs
• Background in metal stamping, tooling, or manufacturing environments
• OEM customer-facing experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities

• Exposure to both prototype and production programs
• Flexible program alignment based on experience
• Stable organization with long-term OEM relationships
• Hands-on role with direct impact on program success
