Why consider this opportunity?
- Newly created position with significant visibility
- Opportunity to become the technical lead for manufacturing operations

- Exposure to KUKA robotics, automated assembly equipment, welding cells, and industrial automation
- Company willing to invest in training and development for the right candidate
- Opportunity to expand your automation, controls, and technical leadership capabilities
- Annual performance-based bonus up to 5% of base salary
- 401(k) with 100% company match on the first 4%
- Unlimited PTO
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and AD&D coverage
- 9 Sick Days
- 12-13 Paid Holidays, including a year-end holiday shutdown
- Stable and growing organization with a collaborative leadership team
This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving technical problems, improving manufacturing performance, and wants to grow into a future technical leadership role.
