• Bachelor's Degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered

• 3-5+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC methodologies
• Experience supporting new product launches and customer quality requirements
• Experience performing internal, supplier, and process audits
• Experience leading corrective actions using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, or similar root cause methodologies
• Experience working directly with customers and suppliers to resolve quality concerns
• Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Experience with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality systems preferred

• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
• Knowledge of metrology equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMMs, and attribute gauges
• Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data analysis
• Experience with gauge calibration systems and measurement system analysis (MSA)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quality reporting tools
• Knowledge of engineering change processes and document control systems

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with Operations, Engineering, Customers, and Suppliers
