Trilogy Health Services - - - Responsibilities:
Assists with activities of daily living including hygiene care, incontinence, bathing & grooming;
Assists with meal service including transportation to dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring great dining experience;
Answers residents' call lights promptly and checks on residents who cannot call for help;
Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making unoccupied beds;
Assists clinical staff to make residents comfortable (hydration passing, check sitting position)
