Prepare molds so foam does not stick to the mold;
Insert components in molds depending on part specification;
Demold and clean foam; remove part from mold and clean mold;
Trim foam from parts to determine necessary repairs;
Inspect and glue parts; complete inspection and repairs as needed;
Packout/box parts; build boxes, sort, count, label and scan for shipment
