Day in the life

You arrive at your assembly cell ready to support the plant’s daily assembly operations. You review operator instructions for secondary operations, check your gauges, and start up the equipment. When you spot something off, you notify the Team Leader or Supervisor, document it, and keep production flowing. Before wrap-up, you complete production reports, PPLH, scrap reports, and the 5S housekeeping sheet, then scan and print SAP product labels so the next process is set up for success.
