Precision CNC Machining Technician – Aerospace Components

Do you thrive setting up and running 3-axis and 5-axis CNC mills - solo and with confidence? Can you turn complex blueprints into flawless parts and hold tight tolerances without breaking a sweat? Are offsets, program edits, and on-machine fine-tuning part of your everyday toolkit? Do you trust calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators as much as your own instincts? If you answered yes, you'll feel at home building high-stakes aerospace components here.

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC milling machines (3-axis/5-axis) independently.
• Interpret engineering drawings to machine to exact specifications.
• Manage tool/work offsets, tweak parameters, and edit programs at the control.
• Perform in-process inspection using precision metrology tools.
• Troubleshoot issues and carry out basic preventive maintenance.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.

• 3+ years in CNC milling (3-axis and/or 5-axis).
• Blueprint literacy with a track record of hitting tight tolerances.
• Strong shop math and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience on controls such as Fanuc, Fidia C20, Siemens, Haas, or similar.
• Knowledge of G-code and M-code.
