Advisa Care is seeking a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to serve the Greater Portage and Kalamazoo County areas. You will lead the care team, perform advanced clinical tasks, and provide vital education to patients and their caregivers.
We welcome RNs (and LPNs under RN supervision) with 1+ year home health experience. Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling and travel within a ~30 mile radius are offered to provide compassionate, personalized care.
