Lead and mentor Maintenance Technicians, delegating tasks and providing feedback.;
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve equipment issues and lead installations.;
Perform precision setups and operate industrial machinery such as lathes, mills, and grinders.;
Carry out preventive maintenance and emergency troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.;
Create parts/material lists for repairs and custom builds and maintain spare parts inventory.
