• Operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems in assigned facilities to achieve efficient operating results and extend life expectancy.
• Ensure equipment stability and energy efficiency, reducing downtime by anticipating repairs and recording operating history.
• Perform inspections and repairs to interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing systems, and lighting.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repairs, grounds, and production equipment.
• Study equipment and methods, become familiar with daily tasks, and execute preventive and repair work orders on mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.
• Conduct facility inspections and due diligence, reporting on conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.
• Submit P‑card receipts daily and update work order status in real time using CMMS systems such as Corrigo.
• Hold a valid state driver’s license and be available for call‑in work and other duties as required.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
• Knowledge of overall system design and applications.
• Experience troubleshooting commercial or supermarket refrigeration.

• Experience utilizing CMMS (Work Order) systems.
• Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
• Two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration, and HVAC.
