Summary/Objective
The Driver/Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for safely transporting materials, products, or equipment to and from designated locations while ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining company standards and assisting in shipping and receiving materials and finished products from the facility.
Essential Functions- Safely operate company vehicle to transport goods or materials
- Follow assigned routes and schedules
- Load and unload items as needed
- Inspect vehicle before and after trips
- Maintain accurate delivery and mileage records
- Assists with moving, staging, and organizing materials as needed.
- Supports shop staff with general tasks and workflow requirements.
- Ensure shop equipment and work areas are clean and orderly.
- Assist with routine maintenance tasks when requested.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned

Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
PositionType/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and on Saturday if needed, 40-50 hours per week. Overtime when needed

- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license and good with directions.
Education and Experience
- Industry experience.
- Experience with overhead crane and hi-lo
- Proficient with GPS
