About the Position
As a BâLevel Technician
, you will handle midâto advancedâlevel mechanical and electrical work. Youâll diagnose issues, perform repairs, complete maintenance services, and help keep customersâ vehicles safe, reliable, and performing at their best.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone experienced who wants stability, growth, and a shop culture built on trust.
- Perform routine maintenance
, inspections, and safety checks - Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using tools and diagnostic equipment
- Repair and replace components:
- Engines
- Transmissions
- Brakes
- Steering/Suspension systems
- Troubleshoot complex issues and recommend appropriate repairs
- Collaborate with other technicians and service staff to maintain efficient workflow
- Document all repairs, procedures, and parts used accurately
- Stay current with new repair techniques, tools, and industry trends
- Interact professionally with customers when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical school training or certifications (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience as a BâLevel Technician, mechanic, or similar role
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and repair processes
- Ability to use diagnostic scanners, tools, and shop equipment
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and schematics
- Excellent problemâsolving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical capability to lift, bend, and work on vehicles
- Valid driverâs license and clean driving record
