Description

Safety Test and Equipment, a nationwide Power utility tooling and PPE provider, is actively seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our sales team as a Customer Service Representative focused on assisting customers within the AED Management Program.

This full-time position requires a polished, customer-focused individual with strong communication skills, resilience, and a drive to support a rapidly growing AED Management program. The successful candidate will take pride in delivering exceptional customer experience, become a subject‑matter expert in AED products and program standards, and play a key role in advancing both internal processes and client‑facing solutions.

As a AED Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to the AED program and managed portal. You will ensure seamless, high‑quality experience for clients, while also supporting program development, item management, and process improvements.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment

• Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally always
• Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, and e-mail

• Customer Support
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail with accuracy, professionalism, and a solution‑oriented approach.
  • Handle routine and complex issues, manage concerns and complaints, and act as a liaison between departments to drive timely resolution.
  • Deliver polished, high‑quality service that strengthens customer relationships and reinforces program credibility.
• AED Program Support
  • Develop and maintain expertise in AED product standards and program requirements.
  • Assist with item record creation and maintenance, program updates, and related projects.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance internal workflows and customer experience.
• General Support
  • Perform administrative tasks on an as needed basis.
  • Demonstrate ownership and a “go above and beyond” mindset in all aspects of the role.

Pay: $60,000-$80,000 salary/ full time job type
