- Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, KPIs, and on‑time delivery targets
- Drive continuous improvement (Lean / 5S / Kaizen) initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and safety performance
- Monitor and analyze production metrics, schedule attainment, and labor utilization, adjusting staffing and capacity as needed
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, supply chain, scheduling, and quality teams to resolve production challenges
- Implement and maintain workplace safety standards and compliance, conducting training and ensuring adherence to policies
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP preferred) to manage labor tracking, inventory accuracy, and manufacturing workflows
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members through performance management, cross‑training, and leadership development programs
- Manufacturing Supervisor II:
- 4–6 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or production management
- 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment
- Manufacturing Supervisor III:
- 6–8 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or production management
- 4–6 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment
- Systems and software: ERP systems (SAP preferred), manufacturing systems, workforce management tools, Microsoft Office
- Proven proficiency in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and 5S methodologies
- Production scheduling, capacity planning, and KPI management
- Team leadership, employee engagement, and performance management
- Cross‑functional collaboration in supply chain and operations planning
- Maintaining safety compliance and quality standards in manufacturing environments
- Associate degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Continuous Improvement / Lean Certification (EPPIC or similar)
- Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) preferred
- SAP certification or advanced ERP training preferred

The starting base pay range for this position is $85,731-$117,552 and may vary based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data, and figures;
transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Occasional mobility required to attend in‑person meetings and complete various office tasks. Work may be performed in company’s setting, home, or hybrid.
