3rd Shift | 2/2/3 Rotating Schedule
Hours:
6:45pm- 7:00am
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, and ensuring production goals are met in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to producing quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials and finished products from machines
- Monitor equipment during operation and report any issues to supervisors
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Complete production records and required documentation accurately
- Follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform additional production duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to work a 2/2/3 rotating schedule
- Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience using measuring tools or performing quality inspections
- High school diploma or GED preferred
